Who is Minister Terri Durrett
Minister Durrett is a native of Elbert County, Georgia, and now resides in Ellenwood, Georgia. She is a devoted wife and mother of four, as well as a proud grandmother of three beautiful grandchildren. She currently attends Ray of Hope Christian Church in Decatur, Georgia.
Minister Durrett has been saved and faithfully serving in ministry for more than 30 years. She is deeply passionate about the Word of God and has been anointed and called to teach His Word in a way that captures attention, engages the listener, and inspires hearts to go beyond simply getting excited about the Word—to seek God and know Him more deeply for themselves.
Some may describe Minister Durrett as an “open Bible” because of her dedication to studying and understanding the Word of God. For more than three decades, she has devoted herself to studying Scripture—not merely to prepare for teaching, but to truly dive into the purpose, plans, and promises of God. Her desire is to understand how His Word can be applied to her own life and, in turn, used to encourage, equip, strengthen, and transform His people.
Minister Durrett has ministered in many different places and is no stranger to the pulpit. Yet, despite her many years of ministry and the lives she has touched, she remains as humble as they come. Her life is a testimony that the Lord knows whom He chooses and equips those He calls. Through her teaching, preaching, and personal testimony, those who encounter her ministry are able to witness the wonderful work God has already done in her life—and the work He continues to do.
Minister Durrett’s heart is to see people not only hear the Word of God, but also become hungry for Him, pursue Him more deeply, and allow His Word to transform their lives. Her ministry is a reflection of a woman who has surrendered herself to God’s purpose and continues to answer His call with faith, humility, and unwavering devotion.

2 Peter 3:18 But grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and forever! Amen
